Untitled

Since I've managed to get way behind in blog posts this is will be the reader's digest version.  Things that have come and gone since my last post: My birthday and first mothers' day.  Both were GREAT-I got terribly spoiled with new books/movies/two-count 'em-TWO pairs of toms, and the big cahoona: my beautiful red kitchenaid.  Yes...it's a blessing and a curse cause cookies are entirely too easy to make now. (though code's not complaining)

I'm now at 30 weeks (will be at 31 weeks on Friday), and everything is looking good.  Our kiddo is quickly running out of room so either I need to loose a couple of ribs (which he seems to be trying to accomplish by mere friction, or my already very round stomach will have to start expanding outward.  It's crazy to watch my belly move around.  We have our crib though we haven't assembled it yet-but every so slowly are starting to move out the stuff taking up space in our front room so it can become the nursery.

I can't believe that my first baby shower is coming up in a few weeks! time really flies :)

Our callings are REALLY keeping us busy right now.  We started a mission prep class for our stake and it's basically our dream calling cause it's teaching/we're doing it together/and it's missionary oriented-doesn't get much better than that.  On top of that I'm taking over for our head choir director who is soon going out of town, so i'll be running all of the practices and conducting multiple musical numbers this summer.  It's kind of fun tho-gaining that experience and confidence.  Also, as a ward missionary I'm helping put on this open house thing we do every quarter-this one is an emergency preparedness fair for the community.

So yeah...we manage to keep pretty busy all things considered.

Here's some random pics from the past lil while-i'll have to get a more recent pic of me and my bump one of these days :)

(pics of gifts I received for bday/mom's day, me blowing out the candles, and a random minor league baseball code and I went to with my mom in Sugar Land)
