Fun Farm Halloween 2014

It's hard to believe that Halloween is come and gone but our crazy wind storm today is quickly blowing away any evidences that it happened.  Thanks to our neighbors we've retrieved most of our tombstones AND my beloved Trick or Treat pillows that were all the way in the park across the street! -thanks guys, I would have been so sad if those were ruined!

Our Halloween day started off with donning our beloved Buzz Lightyear costume and heading off to the Fun Farm for Jake's 2 yo Halloween party :)  Again, I have to say how much I LOVE Jake's teachers and how they are so supportive of keeping Jake safe in regards to his nut allergies.  They found/used cookies that were made in a nut-free environment and even sent home a note to moms requesting they dont' bring candy with nuts in them etc, and made sure the kids didn't get their treat bags til parents showed up so there wouldn't be a chance of kids breaking into candy/jake getting a hold of something he shouldn't have.

Jake outside his classroom:

Jake was most excited about the hayride that they got to take pulled by Gpa Dutch's tractor.  They actually drove by all the parents' houses so we could come out and take pictures of the kiddos.  All I heard Jake yelling at me was: "hayride!"  as they passed ;) Luckily it was pretty warm so the kids didn't have to cover their costumes with coats (that's always lame)

Here comes the Fun Farm Hayride (I'm standing in our front yard)!

(Jake is right by his teacher next to another buzz lightyear ;)

Jake also loved the Halloween-themed sensory play station.

He had a great time!
