It's gotten to the point where you walk out your door and it's all you can do to not just turn right back around and go lay on the couch. It's hard to breathe and there's no escaping it cause it's humidity-no amount of shade is going to save you. Not even rain really helps-ok it helps a little but it just makes it more humid, but we're not even getting that!
So We try our best to deal with this awful awful month of August:
Next weekend we're going to the beach with Andrea and Nate which will be way fun:
And we keep busy with various things such as Code's job with Exxon and my job with:
KidsRKids daycare! I'm way excited cause I'll be working with the 4 year olds-a totally fun age, and I like the teacher I'll be working with. Plus it's nice cause it's part time-I don't feel it necessary to slave away all day that way I still have time for my morning routine and odd jobs around the apartment :) We're coming up on a lot of little milestones soon too. On the 21st it'll be our year anniversary-I can't believe it. It somehow feels shorter and longer than a year, but there ya go. We're going to Vegas for the weekend and Code has had way too much fun planning all of the little things he wants to show me-restaurants, etc. It's nice having an insider that knows all of the tricks of the trade cause the last time I went to Vegas it was fun (cause it was the mountainwest conference for basketball) but I wasnt necessarily impressed with Vegas persay, but I'm sure he'll change my mind :)
Then Labor Day Weekend we're heading to Atlanta to visit the family-so excited for this!!! (we have so many fun ideas of what we can do: games etc. but we'll prolly have to run it by frank and shayne cause some of them are a bit crazy ;)
Not to mention the few trips we're making for some byu football games-we'll go to the UT game and the TCU game. So yeah, there should be plenty of things to blog about coming up in the future here so stay tuned...
Wow you guys are gonna go to more BYU football games this year than you did last year!Congrats on the new job! It sounds like lots of fun.
